Our resourcing and recruitment business was born out of our role as an employer of high-end IT skills and our frustration with the high cost, higher risk and low standard of service delivered by the recruitment industry, especially to the ICT sector. Responsibilities :-
* Support computer users, with related IT equipment.
* Perform routine IT admin maintenance and related tasks.
* Work on PC's, printers, laptops, servers, scanners, all IT-related work and networking components.
* Create IT-related reports and support documentation.
* Load software, assist with usage of programs and learn the Schenker systems.
* Comply with and apply corporate guidelines and standards.
* Either demonstrable experience or qualification with IP networks and PC's (A+) (N+) or equivalent.
* Approachable, friendly, willingness to work with and assist people, sometimes in a stressful environment.
* Be flexible to demands, go the extra mile and have a high level of co-operation with all requests.
* Ability and willingness to attend training; improve skills and learn with a view to ensuring high levels of support.
* Stability and reliability, fit in with the company culture and Cape Town team.
