Meghen Group Support Services is currently recruiting 8 German speaking Technical Support Agents in Cork. This is a Permanent position with Excellent Career Opportunity. Our client is a World Leading Computing Manufacturer well known on the market. The starting date for this position is 2nd November 2009.
Job summary:
The role requires general technical and customer service duties, follow-up standard diagnostic procedures in order to handle queries in the most effective way possible and if a more complex problem occurs recognize it and escalate accordingly, providing feedback to the team leader.

Responsibilities:
• Answering customer queries about the products, systems, peripherals and software provided by the company
• Provide appropriate and accurate technical support via phone
• Troubleshooting
• Analyze the information provided by the customer on the phone and then drive it to resolution
Skills required:
• Fluency in both German and English
• Great communicational and organizational skills
• Previous call centre experience
• High level of computer literacy and knowledge of hardware principles
