My client, a rapid advancing company in Durban is seeking the services of a Cobol Programmer. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, commitment person with excellent verbal communication skills.
Job purpose:
Operates under the guidance of the senior analyst programmer or systems analyst.
May also provide support and maintenance of computer systems.
Works from a detailed specification under supervision
Defines and documents program requirements
Works within a strict framework of programming standards
Minimum Requirements:
* Matric
* IT Diploma is essential
* Preferably a Bachelor of Science Degree
* Minimum 2 years related experience
