Job Responsibilities
Support Customer by phone
Analyse problems/situation in systematic order
Providing IT support to end user with good phone etiquette and customer service standards
Escalating issues which require onsite support to onsite engineers
Job Requirements
Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Computer Electronics discipline
With strong knowledge on Windows Operating Systems, MS office and other business automation tools and applications
Preferred with IT Helpdesk or call centre experience
