THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :-
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Information Systems or related discipline.
* Demonstrated project management and team leadership experience within a J2EE development environment.
* Ability to coordinate and lead a team from project inception through deployment and maintenance phases
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical management and line staff.
* Experience with an agile software development process (Scrum).
* Demonstrated ability to keep track of multiple projects and effectively juggle demands with available resources.
* Three + years experience developing large-scale applications.
