TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Prior experience working in a project environment and/or managing projects.
• Full cycle systems implementation experience in appropriate application is required.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German and/or Italian is advantageous.
• Strong ability to monitor SLA, familiarity with ITIL and change management.
• Candidate must have detailed SAP knowledge and experience in delivering solutions on time and on budget.
• Candidate should have experience with the following SAP modules and areas (minimum 3): SAP FICO; SAP PP, MM, QM; SAP HR; SAP BI; SAP PI; SAP Portal; SAP Basis.
• In addition, candidate will be responsible for between 10-15 associates within the areas of Business Intelligence, Customer Relations Management (CRM-IT) and Document Management Systems (DMS-IT).
• Experience of working in a validated GxP pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment although not a mandatory requirement.
• Individual must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities at the same time, be adaptable and embrace change.
• Individual should have experience with Microsoft suite of office products like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Access
