Experienced 1st line/website support analyst required to join a team supporting a new e-commerce website for blue chip client.
Handling internal and external customers, candidates will need experience in supporting websites, web applications, online portals etc.
a knowledge of web technologies (XML) and event log monitoring would be an advantage.
The team is also involved in UAT for newly developed areas of the website, testing experience will also be an advantage.
