Job Specification:
Primarily this role will be desktop support and your responsibilities will include Onshore and Offshore LAN support, user creation and deletion tasks, assisting with networking and communications, such as basic Ethernet cabling and the organisation of telephone handsets, supporting and maintaining communications systems such as the voicemail system, carrying out backup and restore operation administration tasks, and imaging all company machines utilising Symantec Ghost.
You should have previous experience in a desktop support role, server support experience, knowledge of Windows XP, 2000/2003 Server, Microsoft Office 2003, Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003, ISA Server, Citrix support and Cisco PIX firewall experience would be an advantage.
This role is to start ASAP for 3 months+ and is paying £12-15/hour.
