Job Specification:
You'll be responsible for providing internal PC / Desktop / Network Support (circa 50 users) and will also be responsible for the installation and support of the core Software product on client sites and will also provide remote support on software issues.
Technologies will be focussed around the Microsoft product set and will include Windows, Exchange, SQL Server, MS Office as well Watchguard Firewalls, general Hardware, Software and Networking skills.
The company offer a product used by the Emergency Services that also utilises VB.Net, ASP.Net, OCS. The role will involve the initial installation of the software on a client site, post implementation support, problem diagnosis / troubleshooting and the testing of new releases and modules.
