Job Specification:
The successful candidate will come from a large company background (1000+ users), be managing a team of 3rd line Network Support Analysts (not just helpdesk or desktop support), still be technically very hands on if necessary and last but not least, be an excellent communicator with very good people and motivational skills.
The company infrastructure is made up of the following technologies, so experience in the majority if not all of them is essential:
1) Windows 2008 Server
2) Exchange
3) VMWare
4) SAN
5) HP hardware
6) Cisco (though not essential)
