This Training Team Leader vacancy attracts the following benefits:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
1) Manage staff resources (including site visits, work allocation, team recruitment and development.
2) Training - Develop training programmes for all applications, on-line training material, co-ordinate all internal training, understand processes to identify client training requirements and deliver training when necessary.
-------The ideal candidate will need to have excellent technical, organisational and communication skills and be able to deal what can be sometimes a pressured environment. You will be results driven and have a good understanding with their training requirements, liaising with other parts of the business where necessary. Travelling to client's sites UK wide is an integral part of this role on a daily / weekly basis.
