Job Description:
* Function as a liaison between the Retail Call Center and other Dom IT and Technology Vendor groups.
* Ability to understand and communicate Call Center business processes and software/hardware technology, and telecommunications concepts, terminology and technology.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to resolve customer issues.
* Ability to think requirements through to minimize outstanding issues.
* Perform IT and user application testing.
