Responsibilities include:
* Performs network and system installation and operation functions, software integration and sit surveys.
* Performs hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance (Preventative and remedial) functions on all inventory systems and equipment (laptop/desktop computers, printers, plotters, and other peripherals).
* Manages user, group, and computer accounts using Active Directory Management Software.
* Handling and responding to customer service trouble tickets/requests.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity problems on printers, and laptop/desktop personal computers used to instruct or support instruction of Military Intelligence personnel.
* Isolates faults to defective hardware or software.
* Repairs hardware faults by removing and replacing defective components, cards, or cables.
CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI (Top secret with sensitive compartmented information).
CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: An industry-recognized certification is required (i.e. MCP, A+, Network+, Security+, etc.).
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED: This position requires 4 years of experience.
