Role requires handling the work related to Technical Service desk.

Looking for dynamic professionals for its expansion.


Relevant Exp: 2 to 3 years.

To handle Customers query or problem over phone, Take ownership of all the calls coming to service
Desk. Should have worked on LAN/WAN technology, Windows platform (Windows XP and Win 7). Should
know basics of computer hardware and networking, trouble shouting, Active Directory.

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Skills: Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
