* At least 3 years of experience in selling high value IT software services, solutions or projects in the domestic market with good understanding of SDLC.
* Proven track record of success
* Self-driven and motivated to achieve success in sales.
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
* Good understanding of key business drivers, Imperatives of IT customers
* Process driven, through and methodical * Very good Commercial understanding
* Lead the Presales team
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
* Dynamic young personality, highly motivated to drive sales
* Excellent communication skills and client management
* Should be able to review commercial contracts, Account Management and Client Management
