Job Description
* Plan and manage projects to meet project schedules, quality and costs
* Review user, technical and logistic requirements of projectsManage clients' expectations and work with cross functional teams
* Represent the service delivery team during sales phase
* Responsible for milestone achievement and closure documents to be signed-off
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years experience as in a Project Manager capacity
* Possess PMP Certification and able to manage multiple projectsAbility to manage issues and mitigate risks. This includes ability to articulate project red flags in advance to senior management
* Proficient in MS Office Applications
* Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation Skills
* Resourceful, creative and able to work in a non-structured environment
* Candidates with the below experience and knowledge are strong preferred:
(1) HR or e-Learning domain knowledge are preferred
(2) Experience in implementing operations improvement
initiatives and process re-engineering efforts
(3) Knowledge of ISO/SOX/Six Sigma
