Data And Systems Analysts
* Data and Systems Analyst is required by my Client based in Dorchester.
* The jobs will be in support of 2 specific project areas, one involving the physics and modelling of atmospheric
dispersion, the other is in support of infrastructure security and emergency planning.
* You should also be able to work with infrastructure operators, undertaking requirements capture and use studies,
developing prototypes, and specifying proposals for delivered systems and participate in the development of
process for assessing clients requirements.
You should have the ability to compile and deliver technical reports and a presentation to stakeholders is essential.
Candidate for this role must be graduate with demonstrable experience in the following areas:
---Prototype and specify software enabled solutions;
---operating in Real Time; implemented in C++, C#, VB or Java, .NET. OOA/OOD with UML and Rational Rose;
---of medium safety integrity level to Tickit standards;
---forming part of a secure network-enabled capability;
---interfacing with software provided by other suppliers within the same application;
---familiarity with Database application; familiarity with Windows based applications.
You should also have a good understanding of techniques for analysis of multi-parameter data where the data:
o are acquired during system tests, trials and operations, have a high noise component,
o to be analysed and correlated both in Real Time and after the event.
