  Job Description
The successful Inside Sales Account Representative will:
• Be responsible for telesales of Oracle products and Four Cornerstone professional services to named accounts and prospects into the Issuer marketplace.
• Plan, control and direct individual activities to obtain maximum sales volume to issuer market for Four Cornerstone professional services, primarily concentrating on low to mid-tier companies.
• Act within scope of corporate objectives and philosophy to accomplish assigned goals.
• Responsible for achieving quota and objectives.
• Responsible for business decisions affecting negotiations for new and existing agreements, consistent with experience, knowledge and skill set.
• Job includes sales support, product sales and marketing as appropriate

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the technology industry (preferred).
• Interest and enthusiasm for sales / client relationships.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

We are currently looking for a qualified Associate Telesales Account Manager to join our Indirect Sales team at our office in Fort Worth, Texas.

This Associate Telesales Account Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities for our Enterprise Solutions, in their defined territory. These opportunities will then be transitioned to Four Cornerstone's Senior Account Managers. This will be accomplished by driving demand through focused telephone campaigns, web casts, and other innovative demand generation activities. Responsibilities also include understanding and working in all aspects of the sales cycle, including extensive cold calling, qualifying, presentations, and demonstrations as well as working closely with all members of the virtual account or opportunity teams.

Key Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of Business to Business telesales experience with proven results in a quota-oriented environment and/or previous related inside or outside sales experience coupled with an understanding of technology and technological innovations

· Account management experience and relevant experience in sales for the technology industry, or both, is a plus

· Excellent cold calling, selling, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

· Must be detail oriented, enthusiastic, and a quick learner

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT, business or sales-related field preferred Business travel of approximately 5% or less yearly is expected for this position
