  Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

* Provide Business Application support to the end users.

* Troubleshoot issues submitted by end users.

* Ensure Issues are resolved quickly and affect on the Business is minimised.

* Acts as the liaison between the business and IT technical teams.

* Perform routine audits to ensure compliance with established standards,
policies, procedures and configuration guidelines.

* Documentation of processes and procedures.

* Any other duties as required.


Key Requirements:

* Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.

* Experience supporting ERP systems (preferably Oracle).

* Strong business systems knowledge

* Good analytical ability.

* Minimum 3 years experience in related field.

* Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within
particular field.

* Demonstrated ability to drive and solve issues through to completion.

* Excellent team player.

* Resourceful, self-educating and self-motivating.

* Strong organisation and time management skills.

* Works well under pressure.

* Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation.
