  Job Description
We are looking for User Experience Designers who have two to three years experience with a passion for defining, refining and polishing the look and feel of a solution. At Lab49, we are dedicated to building rich Internet applications (RIAs) using Flex, Silverlight or whatever technology best solves the client problem. We are focussed specifically on the Financial Services Industry, so you'll be instrumental in helping us find, adapt and invent solutions for complex scenarios in high pressure environments. You'll be involved in solving workflow problems, developing new ways of visualizing market data, and figuring out what tools the client needs in their solution that even they don't realize yet.

Attitudinally, you need to be happy working in a User Centric, agile environment partnered with a UX Architect to define the solution and develop the look and feel. You need to be skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. You need to know or be prepared to learn Adobe Flash, Adobe Catalyst and Microsoft Expression as you will be responsible for implementing your designs to avoid the traditional disconnect from PhotoShop to Production.
