  Job Description
The Key Tasks
• Map customer journeys throughout the website's functions.?
• To aid the execution of customer satisfaction surveys and reporting
• To review analytic results and make change recommendations
• To create and update wireframe documents based on business requirements
• To create customer messaging content for new or updated functionality
• To coordinate with visual designers to ensure artwork meets accessibility and usability requirements
• To provide support to the in-house test team to complete customer journey testing and help prioritise defects
• To assist with User Acceptance Testing to verify that updates to customer journeys meet the specification and report the results
• Track and report on task progress

Key Skills and Requirements
• A relevant Degree or Diploma or at least 1 year's online experience.?
• Online usability and accessibility design experience
• Strong focus on customer needs
• A good eye for detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear documentation
• Previous experience working with an online retailer an advantage
• Visio or Axure skills would be a benefit, with strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• A good understanding of web analytics and commercial imperatives would be an advantage
• Previous experience setting up or reviewing multi-variant tests would be a benefit
• Should have good organisational skills, be self motivated and be able to demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines.?
