  Job Description

** Familiar with IT networks, forecasting, analysis
** Good understanding of IT Business Processes
** Familiar with Project Management Methodology (ITIL V3 certification helpful)
** Office MS Office Suite 2003 (2007 or 2010 preferred), MS Office Outlook, Visio, Acrobat Professional
** SAP knowledge would be helpful
** Self Motivated Multi-Tasker
** Ability to work without direction
** Ability to lead/drive/facilitate
** Finds solutions- problem solver
** Previous experience with Fortune 500 companies a plus
