  Job Description
Basic Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience doing Desktop Support for Windows and MAC computers in enterprise environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

- Must live within 30 minutes of Palo Alto, CA or be willing to relocate.

Additional Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Experience deploying printers, servers, and other enterprise level workplace technology.

- Experience doing enterprise support of smart phones.

- Experience working with global teams.
