  Job Description
Web Developer ASP.net CMS W3C Photoshop HTML CSS.

To assist stakeholders in developing the sites to meet organisational goals via requests for change or project methodologies.
To carry out front-end development for use on the CMS, SharePoint and stand-alone ASP.Net pages to corporate standards of technical design, accessibility and usability.
Complete technical and design documentation for all work.
Produce graphic designs using Adobe Photoshop for use on websites
Continually develop and improve the search engine and performance optimised front-end (HTML, CSS, and JS) for the websites.
Carry out W3C validation, accessibility and usability audits and tests, debugging, and website maintenance / support.
Follow coding and documentation standards - especially web application security, HTML and web accessibility standards.
Work as part of a team to create solutions and solve problems
Provide accurate timing estimates for work based on verbal and written briefs.
Take an active role in technical strategy, testing and defining development standards.
Occasionally, to undertake duties of a compatible nature that may be required by line management.
