  Job Description
* Experienced service delivery manager responsible for the management of all aspects of ongoing operations and support for our IT solutions.

* This role requires a combination of management, commercial, technical and project management skills.

* The Service Delivery manager will act as the primary interface between the client operations and the Program Office for all matters related to the service delivery and operational requirements.

* Manage the operational and technical performance of the base services.

* Responsible for account and relationship management.

* project requirements. - Identify leads for potential new projects or increases to service delivery scope

* Coordinate process development and implementation. - Infuse lessons learned.

* Coordinate the provision of innovative solutions and alternative options for service delivery to the operations team and customer
Work closely with the shared service organization to continue to develop model for service provision.

Desired Skills:

* Six or more years of increasingly complex operational assignments, including five or more years of supervisory experience.

* Experience in creation of courses of action in preventing and solving problems which may require conducting research, conceiving new and innovative ideas or solutions, predicting potential outcomes, and determining which alternative course of action to follow.
