  Job Description
We are looking for an IT SOX Manager that would be a member of the SOX 404 team responsible for reviewing the IT General Controls (*ITGC*) documentation and testing work product of one or more supporting IT consultants, as well as supervising and mentoring those consultants.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to manage and mentor multiple projects and staff
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 10 years of experience in IT operations, including at least 5 years in the role of IT Manager or IT Director.
* Previous IT SOX experience

Additional Qualifications Strongly Preferred:
* Bachelor*s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or IT
* Strong knowledge of audit theory and procedures
* Managerial experience in a public company.
