  Job Description
General Manager -


a. Partner key clients in aligning business / function strategy with people strategy, direction and objectives through appropriate advice / intervention.

b. Integrate people products and practices to provide business solutions that act as strategic differentiators.

c. Lead the HR team in working with the leadership team to develop and drive the people agenda.

d. Facilitate Group interventions in resolving business problems.

e. Influence a performance culture and reward differentiation through effective development of people.

f. Coach and guide senior managers on people practices, e.g. People development, playing to strengths.

g. Develop manpower strategy and facilitate creation of a leadership pipeline.

h. Drive Engagement and function specific retention strategy.

i. Facilitate Learning and Talent management.
