  Job Description
The ideal candidates will:

- Source, identify, screen and manage the full life cycle of recruiting / placing qualified candidates for consulting and
- Permanent positions based on specifications, sales feedback, and industry and general experience.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Partner effectively with sales / marketing.
- Have ability to analyze / understand requirements including:
- Technical skills, experience, education, spoken / written communication and personal presentation.
- Develop / implement strategies for ongoing improvement of recruiting process.
- Possess exceptional analytical / negotiation skills that create a win / win scenario for client and candidate.
- Use multiple sources including: in-house database, advertisements, candidate networking, external sources
- (e.g., job boards on the Internet), employee referrals, job/college fairs, solicitation from within other companies.
- Create and maintain a strong referral network.
- Manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
- Possess excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Keep up with pulse of the IT marketplace
- Be highly-motivated, creative, enthusiastic and energetic team player with strong work ethic.
- Have experience working with Fortune 500 clients.
- Be an independent self-starter and team player.
- Have excellent computer / Internet skills.
- Be driven and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting where compensation is performance-based.
