  Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Principal Systems Engineer Human Factors to work on a number of programmes in the Defence arena, including communications infrastructure and platforms, military vehicle programmes and C4I.

The purpose of this role is to act as an SME on HCI matters within the company's South Wales offices.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the HCI systems engineering discipline
- Working with customers and development teams to identify common workflow themes and to specify HCI solutions
- Capture lessons learnt / user experiences with existing systems
- Develop style guide
- Specify user interface requirements / design
- Develop HCI prototypes to validate design, where applicable
- Ensure HCI solution meets applicable HCI standards.
