  Job Description
Successfully identifying "Top" IT Technical Talent using traditional recruiting methods from beginning to end including networking.

The order filling process includes:

* Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
* Review client requirements to identify skills required for qualified candidate.
* Search for candidates including traditional recruiting methods, networking and creative sourcing methods,
* Including but not limited to our internal database searches, online searches,
* Internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, referrals, as well as user/technical groups.
* Review resumes and screen credentials for appropriateness of skills,
* Experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
* Interview prospective candidates to determine their qualifications,
* Analyzing their responses, and their cultural fit for our client*s organization.


Requirements:

* Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but industry experience will compensate for the education.
* Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment / Technical Staff Augmentation recruiting experience is necessary.
* Prior experience recruiting Executive/Sales Managers is a great plus.
* Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Thorough understanding of recruitment process.
* Proven record of accomplishment in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
* Experience in resume search through internal process as well as leading job portals.
