  Job Description
JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Planning, development and delivery of loading of external data
* Planning, development and delivery of observational datasets to Sponsors and company Biostatistics.
* Planning, development and delivery of CDISC compliant and sponsor defined data structures.
* Planning, development and delivery of sponsor defined data management listings/reports
* Creation of pooled analysis files
Maintenance of study level documentation and files according to departmental policy and regulatory requirements.
* Ensures that assigned projects are conducted within budget, and in a timely and quality manner.
* Liaison with Clients, Data Management and Biostatistics on database specifications, timelines and quality requirements.
* Assists in the training of Data Integration and Standardization staff
* Maintenance of professional currency, particularly CDISC (SDTM/ADaM), through literature reviews, membership of professional bodies and attendance at scientific meetings and appropriate courses.
* Maintenance of a position of respect within the industry.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


* Appropriate computer-related qualification of equivalent
* At least 5 years experience in the Life Science Industry, specifically Pharmaceuticals and/or experience with Clinical Data and Standards
Hands on experience designing and implementing clinical data solutions to the CDISC standards preferable
* Good skills in organizing, planning, problem solving, ability to interface both internally and externally are required.
* Required skills include:
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills and team player.
