  Job Description
This is a wide ranging role that involves providing support for their userbase via face to face and remote methods but also involves some networking, server and telephone support work. There will also be a good opportunity to be involved with IT projects run by the company.

You should be used to working within a small but busy IT environment working to SLA's and using a call logging system to create, update and close incidents.

The company run on a Microsoft environment using Windows XP, Office 2003 and Outlook 2003 so you should be very experienced providing support for these.

Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server 2003, network switches and routers and is also required.

This role provides a good step for someone looking for a role that involves more than the usual 2nd line duties.
