Job Description :
* A good understanding of a broad range of Recruitment products will be needed to provide support at a high level.
* To take responsibility for the timeliness and quality of own work.
* To be accountable for decisions and information provided to clients.
* To be able to offer comprehensive advice and help to clients.
* To answer queries promptly, professionally and knowledgeably.
* To maintain a polite, professional attitude to all clients (both external and internal).
* To log all calls received on Day to Day Basis, efficiently and completely.
* To constantly strive to improve the speed of call logging to improve efficiency.
* To log, track and progress any complaints.
* To Provide onsite / online Training to Clients.
Skill Sets :
* Basic knowledge in SQL, ASP, .NET.
* Must have strong communication skills both oral and written.
* The ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Excellent PC, Internet skills including use of NT, and a good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
* Customer service experience with a logical approach to problem solving.
* Plans and prioritizes workload and demands.
* Listens actively to others.
* Keeps others informed of changes that impact them.
