Position - DOW Global Security Administration Shift Lead.
Total Experience – 5 to 7 years.
-- Address complaints received from the Global Client Services team.
-- Analyze disputed cases and report results and action items to resolve.
-- Complete the weekly work assignment list ensuring job rotations of the administrators to sustain a broad knowledge base for all administrators.
-- Monitor the request and problem queue's to ensure SLA's are met.
-- Analyze weekly SLA reports to learn about issues and propose action items for review with the Dow team lead
-- Report daily open cases at the end of each shift to Dow and next shift team lead
-- Escalation point for administrators on process questions
-- Escalation point for administrators on disputed calls.
-- Accountable for client satisfaction achievement for their shift.
-- Lead training for new security administrators.
