Should be well experienced in the commercials and contract negotiations.
Should have through understanding and appreciation of training/ E learning business.
Excellent sales and people skills; effective blend of tact and tenacity.

Should be able to do cold - calling.
Ability to understand client needs and conceptualize appropriate solutions.
