Business Development Manager :-



MBA/ business degree from the Tier I and Tier II colleges in India.
Must have proven track record in selling e learning/IT solutions/Institutional selling/FMCG.
Must have 4-7 years of relevant experience (4 – 5 years of sales experience).
Should be well networked and have interacted / dealt successfully with e-learning Heads/ Chief Information officers/ Senior managers of large companies.
Should be well experienced in the commercials and contract negotiations.
Should have through understanding and appreciation of training/ E learning business.
Excellent sales and people skills; effective blend of tact and tenacity.
Creative thinking (out-of-the-box thinking).
Should be able to do cold - calling.
Ability to understand client needs and conceptualize appropriate solutions.
Ability to reach CXO level of potential customers.
Ability to get big ticket orders.
Ability to conceptualize new product line as per the industry requirement.
Skilled at identifying decision makers and building executive relationships.
Should be able to engage successfully in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales closure.

Should have good communication ability in English.
