Ensure applications are delivered to the business schedule
Plan, monitor and report project progress on a regular basis to management
Research new and emerging technologies when appropriate
Develop less senior members of a team through coaching/mentoring
Manage the delivery of the Development roadmap including the Group Microsoft CRM Project
Contribution to all phases of the development life cycle
First class technical leadership of the application team.
Implement industry best practice processes and quality measurements across the application team.
Microsoft.NET technologies and frameworks (ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#)

Excellent presentational and communication skills
Will have led, at Senior Developer/Team Leader level, for a minimum of one to two years delivering successful software applications.
Will have strong and proven team leadership skills and demonstrable success in managing and developing technical staff.
Experience working as an individual and as part of an integrated team
A good understanding and experience of the software development life cycle
Knowledge of CRM (especially Microsoft CRM) would be an advantage.
