  Job Description
Reporting to the Senior IN/IVR Project Manager and working in conjunction with sales, engineering and customer services staff, the jobholder will be responsible for taking the ownership for the integration and delivery of projects to time and budget.

Role Responsibilities as follows:

1) Project definition and management of IN and IVR based projects for all Sales.
2) Ensuring all project within employee's control are delivered on time and within allocated resource budgets.
3) Ensuring that all chargeable activities are correctly logged and that all-invoicing requests are raised with billing.
4) Liasing with engineering, helpdesk and customer services staff to resolve IN/IVR service issues.
5) Undertaking pre/post sales support activities (and training) for complex IN/IVR projects.
6) Providing 2nd level Out-of-hours cover for customers/resellers.

Ideal candidate should have:

through working knowledge of the technologies employed in Public Telecommunications networks. Should have worked or held a similar role in a project capacity for a Switch vendor, IVR supplier/service provider or telecom operator.
