  Job Description
Junior Service Desk Analyst

Act as a single point of contact for the Groups IT services. Organizations and stakeholders
2nd/3rd level support
Providing IT Procurement services to the Organization
Providing IT reporting for the team, department and the Group.
Providing Incident Management
Providing Request Fulfillment
Providing Access Management.
Providing Configuration Management.
Providing all services to the agreed service levels.
2nd/3rd level support
Key accountabilities Key elements.

ITIL v3 Foundation (passed).
Service delivery experience and experience of dealing with third parties
MCITP or MCSE (helpful)
Database knowledge; SQL, Access.

To meet operational requirements a flexible attitude to working hours is necessary to
meet the needs of the business including working outside the core hours as well as
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
