  Job Description
As an Business Development Manager your activities will involve:

* Solution selling well established ERP solution in the market with a recurring revenue model.

* Generating new business through cold calling.

* Thoroughly qualifying all leads and sales opportunities.

* Presenting customized online demos based on customer requirements.

* Achieving/exceeding a monthly sales quota.

* Leveraging additional business from new and established relationships.

* Strategizing, negotiating and closing business end-to-end sales role.

* Consistently achieving quota and revenue goals.

Desired Profile

* BE / MBA in Marketing is a must.

* Candidates having excellent communication skill in verbal / written English, can handle the whole BD Dept including 2-3 BD Executives, is ready to travel all over India, can take care of the domestic market of ERP/CRM in India.
