  Job Description
looking for a SAP Application Support Desk Analyst for this World Leading Energy and Oil Company:

Working within this large corporate global environment, you will respond to all user calls in a customer focused and timely manner as per service level and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will join the on call pager rotation for reactive support and respond to monitoring alerts in a timely manner.

You will be given the opportunity to work effectively with minimal supervision and take end to end call ownership until the call is resolved and closed with end user satisfaction.

You will also provide end user support in line with standard global support processes and enabling tools eg: Record all user calls, Classify, prioritise and issue call tickets; Alert Incident Management Team immediately of severe incidents; Trouble shoot and resolve call tickets; Demonstrate application or simple business processes; Process user access and security administrations; Escalate and route unresolved call tickets and work together to restore normal IT service operations; Close ticket with user; Update and document incident log.

You need strong SAP Application Support skills plus a desire to provide the very best in customer service levels with Dutch, German or French oral and written a bonus.
