  Job Description
* This will include answering calls, incidents and requests and initiating call escalation to second Line Support Engineers.

* Basic client site systems administration may also form part of the role.

* Candidates must have; proven experience in a telephone based support environment, basic PC knowledge, understanding of Windows operating systems, MS Office suite support experience and must be familiar with the use of helpdesk systems (eg Remedy, Royal Blue etc).

* It is also desirable that Candidates hold industry recognised qualifications (eg MCP) and have an understanding of the banking environment.
