Human Resource Executive :-
Responsible for HR department functions which encompass manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll, compensation and benefits, training and industrial relation matters.
Responsible for monthly payroll processing functions and required to deal with relevant government and statutory bodies.
Assist the HR Manager in developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
Responsible for general administrative functions.
