Business Analyst :=
Develop a sound knowledge of all assigned systems and understand the effect of requested changes;
Liaise with business managers and users to understand, document and prioritise business requirements across affected business areas;
Review and document major business processes and propose changes to improve business performance;
Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign off from business on the specification;
Provide the link between the business, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the project lifecycle;
Design and execute test scenarios and test scripts;
Provide end user training on systems being implemented;
Day to day management of change requests allocated in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met;
Provide weekly updates to the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, issues, risks and discrepancies.
Educated to degree level with a minimum 1-2 years business analysis experience.
Proven experience interacting directly with end users with the ability to deliver projects which meet the customer requirements.
The ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Demonstrative evidence of analysing and documenting business processes.
Ideally, experience of Business Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning and Production systems.
A proven track record in software testing and end user training.
End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
