  Job Description
* Having 5 - 8 years of experience minimum 3 years in ITES / Service Industry
* Experienced in proactive resource management and real time floor management
* Interested in motivating teams for high performance and excellent CSAT.
* Capable of monitoring tasks and quality of work .
* Capable of allocating work and shift schedules to project teams.
* Experienced in collating and analyzing team level and agent level performance data and make recommendations as required.
* Have the ability to build, motivate and manage delivery teams.
* Exposed to technologies in the consumer space (consumer devices, applications and services)


Roles and Responsibilities:

* Handle an ongoing technical and customer support project effectively.
* Responsible for delivery function and managing large team . Team span of 50-200 resources.
* Work in cohesion with Program manger, Onsite Account Manager and Client managers to ensure that customer expectations are met.
* Monitor project execution, progress and resource management.
* Streamlining the client delivery processes and own its implementation.
* Own project metrics achievement – such as CSAT, FCR and more.
* Chart out career growth paths for team managers, team leaders and support engineers.
* Co-ordinate training and skill enhancement program for engineers.
* Handle spikes in volumes / sudden operational challenges effectively.
