  Job Description
* Developing and executing the strategy for technical training for specific products and solutions.
* Collaborating on a cross-functional curriculum strategy; the amount of direct content development varies by project. The courses can be traditional ILT or a variety of eLearning.

The Curriculum Manager reports to the Director of Curriculum and Certification within the training organization. This position does not have direct reports, although it requires strong leadership skills.

Other duties include:

* Coordinating a cross-functional review of training needs and recommendations for technical training for the products assigned.
* Developing and gaining management approval of the curriculum strategy for the training courses.
* Developing proposals for course updates and new courses, following established procedures.
* Managing course development projects in budget and on schedule according to the established process. This is primarily developing content, including classroom software images using VMWare, or managing other course developer resources including instructors or contractors.
* Mastering salient product features and functions for products assigned.
* Participating in cross-functional teams to represent the training organization.
* Delivering training as required.

Requirements:

* 3+ years experience with curriculum strategy development, instructional design, course development, and project management, for technical software product training; ILT or eLearning.
* 3+ years technical experience with enterprise software, preferably related to contact centers, such as PBX, ACD, CRM, IP telephony. Strong technical aptitude and interest in learning new technologies.
* Undergraduate degree/course work for instructional design/adult learning theory, or relevant experience.
* Enthusiasm for collaboration, with strong leadership skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office applications.
* Available for domestic and international travel (5%-15%).
* Knowledge of call center/CRM products is highly desirable.
