  Job Description
Your Responsibilities Will Be To:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Local Telecommunications Services Products and Services, Optimization, Invoice and CSR Analysis, and Issue Resolution for all of the major local carriers.

Support the Project Manager as a Team Member to carry out assigned tasks such as CSR and invoice data entry, cost reduction recommendations, issue identification and resolution, and monthly presentations to the client.

Take ownership and executes assigned tasks, proactively identifying, resolving, and/or escalating issues that might impact agreed upon project scope and deliverable.

Take ownership of issue identification, tracking and escalation with the telecom vendors on behalf of the client.

Utilize project management tool to ensure all project activities are entered and tracked through to completion.

Facilitate close working relationships with the client, as well as other members of the team.

Qualifications:

Five years local services telecommunications experience, specifically in invoice and CSR reconciliation, optimization and recommendations.

In-depth understanding of telecom services billing components.

Strong understanding and ability to interpret telecom invoices.

Previous experience in a fast-paced environment dealing with deadline-driven activities, and requiring minimal guidance or follow up.

Strong verbal and written communication skills - strong writing skills including clear organization of thought and ability to verbalize detailed observations and results with clear grasp of telecom terminology .

Ability to successfully interact with various employment levels.

Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.

Quality-oriented, organized and detail oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Access knowledge/experience is preferred.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Must be team oriented and willing to assume other tasks as needed.

Should possess good overall mathematical skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong time management skills.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
