  Job Description

A qualified candidate must have practical experience with one of three functional areas: Finance, Cost Accounting and Inventory Control. Specific knowledge of global finance in one or more of these areas is a plus Cost Accounting, G/L, A/R, A/P, F/A, and Tax. The candidate must understand world-class physical inventory methodologies.

A candidate must be able to demonstrate both business acumen and Oracle 11i software implementation experience. Be able to teach others, accustomed to working within a formal project management methodology, and familiar with Oracle support processes, including Tar and Patch management.

As part of the team you will also be developing and testing End User procedures for the new processes. Documenting the procedures and validating them with the user community. Assist in the development of training materials for the End Users. Identify and document potential issues with the process and systems. Assist in Issue Resolution.

5 + years of business experience in the manufacturing industry.
Specific experience in one of three functional business areas: Finance, Cost Accounting and Inventory Control.
Must have 3 + years experience working with Oracle 11i Application suite and how it is used to enable the above business functions.
The individual must have knowledge of project management methodology and planning.
Must be able to teach others.
Must be able to resolve business process gaps using standard software functionality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to travel globally.
