Job Description:

--This individual is responsible for maintaining the direction and eventual outcome of the To-Be Process Vision.
--The person must communicate and get buy-in from the various constituents of the process.
--Resolve key process issues raised during the life of the project.
--Delivery of the Enabled Process: Lead in the development of the workplan for this process area.
--Coordinate the workplan with the overall project workplan.
--Assign and track activities of the process team members.
--Lead in the development of the process user procedures and training material.
--Coordinate and communicate with the functional/plant/process areas that in which the new processes will be implemented.
--Manage cross process integration activities. Participate in the configuration of Oracle and related tools.
--Manage the career development of the process team members.
--Establish individual SMART objectives, conduct SMART reviews and participate in the merit planning process for the team members.
--Hire team members, lead in the interview process.
--Manage the placement of the team members in to the balance of the TK organization towards the conclusion of the project.
