  Job Description
Position Description.
Primary support of the Aspect ACD and Aspect ECS eWFM applications, user needs and problems; identifies issues and effect resolutions

Requirements gathering, designs and implement complex routing setup involving multiple systems in our enterprise contact center environment to meet internal and external client needs. Interfaces with Business unit contacts, Sales/Client Service Managers and external clients to review and advise on any contact center and Telecommunications related issues.

Investigate, plan, implement, and test contact center applications, telecommunications hardware and software. Has good understanding of business application. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs. Provides instruction and training to users and other employees on day-to-day procedures and processes.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems preferred with 5 or more years of closely related Call Center Technology Integration Systems Engineering experience.

Aspect ECS 6.x

Aspect UCC 5.x

Have an advanced understanding of IVR and telephony interfaces to CTI systems

Telecommunications voice network /PBX /ACD

Working knowledge of Microsoft*s desktop applications suite, UNIX, SQL Server and Oracle

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
