  Job Description
The person in this position will be responsible for optimizing the Creative Cloud section of our site and driving increased customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value for other key businesses on the web. You will need to own measurable business goals and influence highly matrixed teams to help you meet those goals. You must develop a deep knowledge of our creative audiences and segments, understand how they use our website and use that knowledge to increase customers' engagement with our online properties and their retention within the franchise. You will need to be comfortable understanding both quantitative and qualitative data, then using that data to develop strategies for improvement as well as quantitative business cases/ROI projections, and execute on your plans to optimize the site.
